Just received a Kufatec Traffic Sign Recognition coding inteferace and it fails to install.
I of course have sent them a support request on their website, but don't expect to hear back
given the time difference and weekend. Just curious if anyone had this issue and resolved it

2019 A4 B9 allroad with July 2019 build date (purchased Nov). California USA car.
Installation was not successful. I followed instructions exactly :
With bonnet (engine hood) open (needed for 2019+ cars), turned on ignition without starting engine.
Waited 30s - 1min and installed interface.
Interface lights turn on, red solid and green flashing.
After about 20-30sec MMI in car seems to reset (not a reboot).
Now the interface green light is off and the red light flashes constantly every 1sec. Never got to a solid green light after a few minutes.
I removed interface, closed bonnet, locked car and let it sit for 15 minutes.
Upon returning no TSR menu items even after doing an MMI reboot.
Resolved!
Great customer service from Kufatec. They loaded an updated firmware file on my dongle by remote access and stayed online to make sure the install was successful and working.

Hi folks! Few days ago I turned on VZE (Traffic sign recognition) on A4 B9 2016, first I flashed with VCP new software for A5-front sensor (camera) according to part number 8W0 907 217A "a4_camera_8w0907217a_FD_FrontAssistOn_VZE_On.flas h" and all went ok. Traffic signs were showing on Virtual cockpit regulary during drive but today started to act weird, the camera recognises traffic sign and show it only for a 1 second and then dissapears from the VC saying "No traffic sign recognised". Does anyone had this situation? How to fix that? Should I try to flash the camera again with VCP?
