Headlights vertical position

Headlights vertical position
Hi,
Recently I've received back my car from the repair shop after a minor collision where one of the headlight was replaced. I have LED lights but not the matrix one. Now I've discovered, that they are a little to far up. When I turn the engine on, both are doing a nod down like always, but then immediately they are back up. Is this something I can fix by ODBEleven, or do I have to get my car back to the repair shop?
Thanks

The headlight's going up and down at the beginning of start-up is a self-check of the leveling system for when there is uneven load. The actual height of the headlight is adjusted through the engine bay and does not require OBDEleven or a computer.

The manual should outline the steps to physically align the headlights under the hood. There is one adjustment screws for each headlamp unit which controls their vertical position. There should be no need to take it back into the shop (unless convenient and they're willing to adjust for free).

Ok but prior the repair, at the beginning of start-up, lights went down and stayed there. Now, when I turn on the engine, they are going down, and then back up again to the initial position. I understand that there is a screw inside the engine bay that allows to set the offset. Nevertheless is that to be expected that light are performing movement standby_position -> down -> standby_position?
