Audi Sound System (base), does it have MOST/fiberoptic?
Hey!
I have a 2014 Audi A6 with the Audi Sound System (base), and it sucks.
I have a problem. I have installed a subwoofer and taken the high-level signal from the OEM sub, but when I play loud the bass goes up and down in waves, like the stereo unit is strangling the signal, or changing the crossover?
Does anyone know if this is so?
What I understand there is no amplifier in the car, just the stereo unit? Is the processing done in the stereo?
Audiotec fischer (Helix) has a plug n play cable for the car, but will it work? Or is MOST / fiber optic used for something with the sound system?
