Premium would not have LED DRL's and Navigation that this car has, so this would be either a Premium Plus or Prestige. For Prestige it's missing the 4-Zone A/C, so it's a Premium Plus. The standard is a 4 spoke steering wheel, this one has a 3 spoke, so it has a sport pachage. the wheels are 19" wich means it came with the 19" sport package. And it may also have Side Assist based on the photo of the open driver's door.

A new 2013 PP with side Assist is $53,595.- MSRP and you should be able to get one for a little more than $50k. The 2013 also has the Advanced Key, something that was missing in the 2012. So, $44k without CPO warranty is on the high side.
