Default 2006 low mileage vs. 2008 high mileage

Which would you choose? I'm looking at a CPO '06 with 10000 miles, but have also seen a few non-CPO '08s with around 25000 miles. Both can be had in the low $30K range. Each would have 3 years warranty, but '08 would be all factory warranty vs. '06 with mostly CPO warranty. I'm leaning towards the '06 but could be convinced otherwise. Any other reasons to consider the '08?

Well, this is the 5th gen board and those are all 6th gen cars. That said, none are high mileage. I'd go by price, condition, and anything you can infer abotu how they were driven and treated. Factory warranty >>> CPO
