Book is roughly $2400 ( dealer), btu wait...
you clutch may well be toast. Or at least stale bread. But why, if it was nto driven, did it go suddenly from weak to gone? Hmmm? Either someone WAS driving it, or this may be a slightly different problem. Hydraulics (likely master cylinder).
Does the clutch pedal operate and feel normal? Can you find the linkage and see it move?
These are very robust clutches. I have never, ever seen one go except to abuse or racing, which are for all practical purposes, the same thing. Before the silly flames begin, i don't mean track days. I mean launches.
The clutch is a true bear of a job, with the AWD hardware surrounding it. I've not done it, fortunately, but no one who has thought it was easy - or even feasible without the prober equipment (lift, tranny jack...).
And per the above - i totally agree with BD. Cold motors, running, are basically ruining themselves. You want to minimize cold operation, always keep it low rpm, and allow it to come to temp long enough to turn off enriching circuitry, and burn off water and fuel that gets into the oil and onto the internal motors parts. If need be, stick it in a corner and disconnect the battery. or have someone drive it a good ways every 10-15 days.
Best of luck - consider an upgraded clutch if you want to chip to really big torque. And lay off the hard launches. :-)
Oh, and change the brake fluid every 2 with a low absorption kind ( i use castrol lma) to protect the hydraulics too!
