Inexperienced Guy with a lot of Error Codes.

2001 Audi A6 2.7T Quattro (Base) 134k
About a year back I started working on this car. This is my mothers car, but she told me it would be mine when she finds another car. This gave me motivation to start fixing all of the problems the car acquired or already had when it was purchased.
The other day, after my mother got home, she told me the car was violently shaking when in idle and while accelerating. After driving it around the block I figured it had to be 1 or more of three things causing the violent shake: Ignition Coil failure, Bad Spark Plug, or Injector Failure. To be sure I had my dad bring it into a shop to get scanned for various reasons other than the recent symptom my car has acquired, because the check engine light has been on for some time now, and I wanted to see which sensors were failing, or have already failed.
He got back and it turned out to be sending codes from the 4 cylinder for Ignition Coil Failure. I had already changed out the Ignition Coil at the first cylinder in the past so I knew what to do. Last night (late) I went in and swapped it out with the new Coil then started it up to make sure the problem was fixed, but when I started it up nothing had changed, maybe even got worse. I can't make sense of it, and could use some help with the information I got from the shop scan.
