Put the A6 on the lift Sat. to change the oil, now I see why Audi wants to wait until 5K or 10K...

Smaller diam. means greater velocity...

that is why primary pipes on the exhaust headers are smaller. The velocity scavenges the exhaust out. Smaller pipes generally yield greater torque but suffer at higher rpm.

Only close to the head. As you get further away, it makes it worse
