OK first off i have a 99 2.8 with a cabled throttle body. The issue started a month ago i lost my license so i stored her in my garage and disconnected the battery, every Sunday id go out reconnect it and turn it over. One Sunday i went to do just that turn the key and wouldn't start unless i had my foot on the gas. once it was semi warmed up it would idle at around 500rpm. checked the code it was P1545. Today i had a friend come over to do a TBA and there's was no signal from the throttle body. can someone please help me out here

Checked fuses? Could it be possible that numerous connect/disconnects could've halted the auto alignment of TB? Lastly, the module could be shot - check wiring / re-seat connectors first. This is what I would start with in your situation.

Of course when you are done staring and poking around (like I do), open the manual.

I wish I had a manual. Tried searching to see if there is actually a fuse for the TB and cant find squat.
