Hood not releasing

Hood not releasing
I own a 2012 A6, hood is stuck in the closed position and drivers side latch is not realeasing. The middle and passenger side open but but cannot get drivers side to go. Any suggestions on how to get it open? Thanks in advance!

I don't know if this will work and maybe you tried it already. Try with two people as one can release and hold the hood latch handle open while the 2nd person cycles pushing on the hood above the stuck driver side latch.
