Loss of power under hard acceleration
Dear all,
I just bought a 2009 A6 3.0T with about 150,000km on it. The car drives well under normal conditions and no check lights at all. However when I tried to floor the pedal sometimes the car just completely loses power and takes a while to hit 100. My vehicle is completely stock and usually it's normal to feel a bit of pull under full throttle but sometimes at max rpm the car accelerates very very slowly. No problems with gear changes either. Also tried to test top speed couldn't get past 160 170.... something is obviously wrong. Any inputs?
