Congrats, you will love it. Got a 2011 a6 avant two months ago. Love the styling on the 11 s-line and you have the latest MMi for the C6.
I was surprised to see prices so close on 2010 and 2011s. Audi threw more goodies as standard on the 2011s since the C7 was already announced. IMHO, the 2011 was worth much more because of the remaining 11 months and 12k of factory warranty. And, it appears that the last year of a model has less problems, unlike the first year or two for a new engine or platform. For me, a one year newer car, with 12k factory warranty was easily worth a few thou more than a 2010 with no warranty.
Before your factory warranty runs out, take it to a really good indie for a full "the warranty is ending" inspection. Pay the $150 or so. Priceless. Then take the list to audi and fight. And fight. Get them to note all the problems on the service record. That way if they deny it, and the part breaks shortly thereafter, you may have recourse. I got my 2.7t heads gasketed and several new hoses As a result. 13 hours of free labor and $400 in parts that the dealer never would have offered unless I complained about the exact problem. The dealer will find nothing unless you point it out, unless you specifically complain. Do not rely on the cpo. If the cpo saves you some dollars, great. It's not a factory warranty, it's an insurance policy. With lots of gaps.
Have fun. The 2011 was the first car manual I had to read to figure out all the goodies!

Loving everything about the A6 so far including a trip out a few minutes ago in about 3" of snow here in Central VA. I'm impressed with the intelligence of the Quattro and how aggressively it can put power down in these horrendous conditions (new tires help). My only regret? Not buying her new in 2011!! Having owned various BMW's with the N54, and N55, I'm a huge fan of forced induction torque and boy can the A6 3.0T deliver in that regard, the engine is simply delightful in it's delivery and while some complain of the NVH present, I love it's feedback vs the womb like feel of the F10 5 series. I'm hooked and hopefully, we'll have a long relationship
