SIR VBall

I have aftermarket HID headlights and HID foglights in my 2007 A6 C6. Last week all the lights on the right side quit working. I looked in the fuse panel, but the diagram says right side headlights fuse tan block #9 and there is no fuse in there. On the left side it says fuse #18 and there is no fuse in there either but the left side headlight works.

Are there relays or some other thing I'm missing? I don't see any voltage coming through the headlight connector on the right side. Fog light or right turn signal don't light either.

Any help would be great.
