I highly suggest you go back to dealer to see both the silver & black headliner, both look great. Then choose which you want. They had examples on 8's @ my dealer. Either will look good on your color choice.

As I approach delivery date of my A7, I'm growing more nervous on "missed" options.
As it turns out, the exterior choice comes with Brushed Aluminium, but I thought it comes with wood. The dealer confirms that we didn't pick any option explicitly and therefore it comes with Aluminium interior inlays. Do you guys know if dealer can swap this given that I pay the labor?
Finally, with black interior option and moonlight silver headliner, will the trunk cover come with black or moonlight silver? Given the reflection issues, if these options don't work out, I might just try to get another one on their lot or re-order. Thanks for the help guys.

As for the trunk cover/parcel shelf, if you get a silver headliner those parts (there are two pieces) will likely be silver as well. That's what came with mine. However, I told my dealer that the reflection in the hatch window was a safety hazzard and they swapped the silver pieces for black ones. Both pieces can be removed and replaced easily and it's an easy swap if they agree to do it for you.
Finally, I'd say to relax and don't second guess yourself. You're gonna love this car no matter what! But if you really have to have the wood interior, now's the time to talk to your dealer. My $0.02.

The dealer claims to change to wood, but doesn't want to simply swap with another car and instead wanted me to buy wood at MSRP!
That's not a deal breaker though.
I think I'm going to keep the aluminum, but persist on getting black trunk covers to remove the reflection.
