The A6. Less of that annoying torque that can break tires loose.
Assuming the A6's are both slushboxes, it doesn't really matter much. It's more about the tires. If you can find a stick A6, you are better off with that.

Ive just got a 1995 A8 Quattro and its fantastic in the snow, I drove up this hill with no effort while other cars where getting up about half way before spinning round and sliding down again
