After a total runaround, I found a national company that sells these. If you guys know what WorldPak is, it is a database of parts that get drop shipped from a few locations throughout the country. All they have is ATE, Padgid, Zimmermans, etc

For 55 each in the front, and 60 for the pads, I think it is a good deal. I am not going cross drilled this time around. Not worth 15k of noise and then 5 k of silence before the sensor goes off again with 30% remaining.
