Large Armrest on ebay.de
#11
If you figure it out, let me know.
I've slathered the thing in Lexol condiditioner, that doesn't to it.
A friend who is a horse enthusist asked around at the stables (those folk deal with a lot of leather tack), and it was suggested to try an iron on low heat through a damp towel. I haven't been brave enough to try.
AudiAfficienado got his recovered from blue to black, I should see what it cost him.
In black, no one ever notices the marks unless they are pointed out.

What's the light tan interior called?
I'd buy an armrest if I knew I could find my interior color (??) and or resurface it.
Like Paul, I keep mine up -- but would use them if the large ones were installed.

Ecru is the official name of the light tan color
I had a good leather shop tell me they could get real Audi leather for recovering.
That said, once I got my black armrests, I was happy with them in black. There's a lot of other black already in the interior (dash, console sides, tops of doors), and the black armrests work for me, and for others. If you can get black, do it, and see if you like it. If not, you can get them recovered.
