I think all of them have the 4E0910930 software here above, but I see in the picture from Shamoye Lewis that there are different versions in the 930 SW.

Just blast one with highest version 930T-430.sgo and see what the cluster will do.

I dont have a 930T flash

the first photo is all 900 SW third is 930SW

Ill connect the Wide screen cluster I have and see what SW is in it....
better yet I scanned a 2007 A8 with a wide screen last week, I think I saved the logs...
its on my laptop which I left in the shop ill check it when I get there later its now 6 am on a sunday m8, ill be there later today though.....

The 930P will do, be prepaired that the component protection message possible must be removed again as i'm not sure its stored in the 29LV160.
The MC91F362GA connected to this Eprom has aswell a small memory buildin.

Allways do a dump if possible.

So I did it today, swapped it while I was adding touch screen to my MMI display, very pleased with the results, digital Speedo is really cool...

this is a 2007 Cluster though P/N: 4E0920951C original was 4E0920950B

So did you have to have component protection removed or have you done some magic flashing or something to avoid it?

I had CP removed friend of mines have the tool to remove it, so I didn't bother go through all the shenanigans.....

I just purchased a beatiful A8 from my father that my 15 year old daughter will be driving when she gets her license. I ordered part 4E0920951C (same as yours) for my 2006 A8L 4.2 (NA Version). I was curious if you could give me more information on the details of the swap. I am still learning about Audi's programming. I have a VCDS from Ross-tech coming tomorrow and a dealer willing to help with component protection and programming, I have an appointment on November 1st so I have some time to prep.

Should I be prepared to bring anything else to the dealer? I am unsure what you mean by the 930 t/p flash, but I am pretty technically inclined and willing to read up on any resources you can link.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated! My daughter has learned to drive on vehicles with Heads Up Displays and I think the digital speedometer would help keep her eyes on the road more often.
