TRW is occasionally OE on suspension or brakes, but not here w/ upper arms. URO definitely not and more likely on the China crap list. Country of origin supposed to be stamped on part, or at least on packaging. Web search will suggest suspect from quick check just now. Classic example of a faux brand that might sound Euro but often isn't.

You can tighten the bolts on lift close enough IF they are basically straight out/flat to floor. You do that BEFORE the ball joint end is bolted back to the steering knuckle/hub. If they were angled down like wheel or arm in free air when tightened, not correct.

As far as what I did, I had tightened the control arms to the strut mount, but had to loosen them because it didn't seem like the ball joints were reaching the steering knuckle when the arms were tightened. At this point, can I keep the arms and just have the bushings replaced with OEM Audi bushings? Do you think the ball joints are still good?

At this point you should just check your bushings. Most likely they are OK, but they won't last as long as they wood if properly tighten. And check that sway bar. Don't waste your time.
