I know my 05 W12 was part of a campaign. When I bought my 05 and had a PPI done at a dealer, they replaced all of them as part of the campaign. Not sure if the 06 was covered but I suspect they were. You can call a Dealer and they should be able to tell you if it was covered by the campaign and if it was done.

I would add if the campaign hasn't been done on your car yet, its also a great time to have them do the spark plugs. Order the plugs online from a reputable place. Typical dealer markup on plugs are 100-200%.

Yes confirming for 2006's, my 2006 W12 coil packs were all replaced under the service campaign. You can run the VIN on the Audi USA website to see if it has any outstanding recalls. They also put a small yellow sticker under the hood with a number relating to the service campaign if the work was done. My sticker is a little faded, but still there.
