My car experinces low rpm especially when i turn on the A/C, arround 700 rpm even at idle engine run without turning the A/C the rpm is also low, and at low speeds 20 - 50 km the car is so heavy.

I replaced the fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter and cleaned the fuel injectors even replaces the fuel pump but with no luck.

Does anyone have an idea of what might be the problem? Help Please.

Idle Stabilization Valve (ISV). It's mounted on the right side of the throttle body. Search the forum for further information re: removing and cleaning.

Thanks Gary, i'll look into it.

The funny thing that i removed the whole throttle body and cleaned it with decarb spray (It was so dirty) but i didn't know about the (IAC) or the (ISV).

I looked on the right side of the throttle, the only thing i found is an instrument with electrical plug (4 wires) and its labeled AirPax (APM 0780 .....) with a small rod sticking out at the other end. i cleaned it, reinstall it but i don't think it solved the problem.

Advise Please should i try to set the TPS (throttle position switch) it's manufacture set and i did not change its position.
