Avantussy

I've had the car 3 days now, and each morning it struggles to start (cold of course). It cranks for a bit and then finally starts (wife asked me why it took so long). After it's warmed up and I've driven around, each time I get back in the car it starts like a champ. My '93 Integra with 190K miles starts like a dream in the same conditions, so is there any parts that can be at play here?

Battery? Starter? Oil?
