Default you gotta get that stud out.

if there's and threads left on it, try to put two nuts on it and take it out that way. Otherwise, vise grips should do it.
I'll get back to you on the head bolt specs..down in the garage.

Default ROCKETAUDI< ROCKETAUDI ROCKETAUDI...

...Bearing Caps for cam shafts are as follows per Bentley...

lubricate bearing surfaces and camshaft journals

install caps in proper order (from the front of the head it goes 1,2,3,4)

first lightly tighten nuts of bearingcaps 2 and 4 diagonally

then tighten all nuts to 20Nm (14 ft lb)

This is your head looking down at it. the side that starts with 9 is the Manifold side, THe side that starts with 12 is the spark plug side of the head. this is the order you should tighten your head bolts. 1-40Nm (29 ft lb)
2-60 Nm (44 ft lb)
3- additional 1/2 turn (180 degrees)
further in one movement (two 90
degree turns are permissible)
