Default B3 90q Spring rates: Stock and coil-overs?

I'm curious, what sort of spring rates do you guys run with your coil-over setups (I know, everyone has their own application and preference).

Also, does anyone know the approximate spring rates on the stock B3 90q springs? Front and rear?

Default 100-125lb/in for stock. Otherwise, run what you like...

I have 250/300 F/R (no rear bar), and am thinking about doing 300/350 or seeing how disconnecting the front bar feels.

What sort of stuff you do with the car (smooth track, rough roads)? What about dampening?
