On how bad its leaking.

It will only get worse over time.

If its really bad, it can damage the clutch disk.

Requires the gearbox to be removed to change.

Often done when the clutch is done, even if its not leaking, because its better to do then, instead of "have to do" later. ;o)

Especially since the cost to R&R will be the same as a clutch job in labor fee's.
