Default Sub frame mount question.

After months of working on my front end shake, I think I finally found the problem. My front was in really bad shape and I have replaced every worn bushing in the front end. I even replaced the front struts and mounts. I have read in the forum about looking at the subframe mounts to tell if they are any good. Mine look like they are still pretty solid. I tried tightening the bolts that hold the mounts and the first 3 seem tight. When I got to the front pass side one it was loose. So I tried tightening it and it will not tighten.
My question is this, what does the bolt screw into? Welded nut? I haven't taken the sub frame off yet to look. I guess that will be next. Anybody know where I can get the mounts reasonably?

Default some part #s and possibly some answers.

I am assuming this is a 4 cylinder:

893 199 381c Manual Green
893 199 382f automatic brown

mount has washers on both end.

Try: this link
you can put those part#s on the site and do a seach.

Cheers
