Audi A3 2.0 TDI 125kw 170PS 8P
Hello everyone,
I am new to the forum, in the Audi world in general, I bought the A3 Sportback less than six months ago.
2007, 2.0 TDI, 125 kW and 170 PS with 235 000km.
The first thing I noticed, it's stiff as hell, although I do not mind so much, but what later turned out to be very irritating is the gear ratio, i.e. how gears are "short", as if the gearbox is not well coordinated with the engine of so many horses.
The 6th speed at 100 km/h is spinning at around 2700 rpm, which is a lot for 6 speeds and 2.0 diesel engines (in my estimation), since redline is at 4500.
Is there any experience with that? Can it be solved anyway?
What do you think about the 125kw engine at all? BMN is engine code.
I bought it because I heard it's not breaking so bad and that it's pretty good.
