I found this graphic on another site and am beating myself up trying to remove my 2017 S3 headrest. I can't seem to find the clips, is this accurate? I autocross 1-2 times a month and with a helmet on, the headrest pushes my head too far forward.
FINALLY GOT IT!!! Had to sit in the back, pull up on the headrest with my foot and jam my thumbs around both sides of the headrest. The metal posts are LONG!!! Wasn't expecting that, had to recline the seat almost all the way to get it out.
