Just for now... like the coupe and cabriolet were excluded initially - once sales normalize (my guess in the next 2 to 4 months) then they will allow ACNA discount.

Audi Club North America...if you join you can save 6% off of MSRP on most models currently. It's $49/year but you'll need to be a member for 6 months first...or...pay $750 lifetime fee and you're eligible immediately.
