That is how it should look & my sportback looks this way with the black centered under the car. If its changing in views, maybe the system just needs a reset. Either way, the dealership should be able to take care of it.

...It may be if the carbon package for rs5 is that different from the s5. I have an s5 with Carbon package and I do not have those issues. Just wondering...

maybe so. i know it blocks the "kick to open" feature. to me it looks like the image of the car is just off center. In both the images i posted, the front of the car is ahead of the black box as much as the back of the car.

It doesn’t make sense to me... and my kick works all the time “despite” carbon package.

That's what mine looks like. I wonder if this changes if the cameras get knocked a bit or if it's a software thing.

I have an RS5 with carbon and kick to open doesn’t work. Checked user manual and found it states kick to open DOES NOT WORK on carbon equipped cars.

Where are you located? AFAIK, S cars didn't come with an external CF package in the US.

Has anyone had this issue resolved yet by the dealer? Mine is off as well.

I must say I am puzzled by all of your experiences.
  1. I have an RS5-SB with carbon BO, and I have no trouble kicking my rear deck lid to open.
  2. I just carefully checked my user manual (pp 37-40) and found no such statement that K2O doesn't work with carbon BO equipped cars.
