Default waiting for AoA response

The dealer tried very hard to convince me the car had been repaired, to which I said I didn't give a rats a$$. Then they tried to get me to take a tip AR. I'm stickin' it out. An attorney friend is making a referral for me, and I should hear something by 4:30 today.

This waiting part sucks. I'm still driving around their loaner A6 Avant. I've put over 1400 miles on it so far.

Default have you talked to Damon yet?

Dont blame it on him its completely Audi's fault. However he might be able to help you on the fight against AoA and the dealership etc...

Good Luck and keep everyone posted.

Default how is it AoA's fault?

Its the dealer who missrepresented false certified the car. Its the dealer who would be liable to AoA as well as Dangerman. Just curious... as it helps us learn how things work in this crazy business.

I was trying to keep Damon's name out of this. I did email him, but haven't heard back yet.

very keen eye there, btw.

I called AoA on friday. they said they'd follow up by today. they'll have a very unhappy camper on their hands should they fail to fulfill that promise.

Default i met you at the "x" dealership a month ago or so with damons bro, Mike, with the RS6.

I was the younger guy.

I will call D for you today and let him know. See if he can answer any questions for ya.

I hope that AoA will help you out on this.

They have been good to many people here, despite what some people have said.

You are 100% in the right, and the dealership is trying to cover their asses right now.

Good luck with everything.
Also, didnt mean to come off as blaming AoA in my previous post. Anyways, good luck, hopefully you will see me in my smurf wagon in the twisties soon...either with a fixed car or a new one!

Cheers
Keegan

I remember you. nice car dude.

I wonder if he wants to get involved in this mess. The same dealership had to buy him a set of wheels after the detail shop ruined them...

The service writer has been cool the whole time, so I don't have a beef with him.
