Default Wheel Alignment - When to do? Recomendations?

1. How do I know if I need a wheel alignment? I have an '03 allroad with 75K miles that doesn't have any discernable alignment issue - at least as far as I can tell. But the car is 5 1/2 years old and has never had an alignment done, so I'm thinking it's probably time, regardless...? Plus, I just bought new snow tires and don't want them to wear unevenly or prematurely.
2. Recomendations for a good place in Boulder for this work? Nothing exotic, just a good standard wheel alignment.

Thx.

Default If you don't have abnormal tire wear or...

the car is not pulling to one side when you are on straight & level highway with minimal crown, you don't need an alignment.

Ha ha -- "Abnormal tire wear" -- is there any other kind on an allroad? (but you're point is understood).
