After careful inspection, opening my hood and looking, i found the VW OOOO symbols on the exhaust manifold so... leads me to believe its stock.

Re: RS2 EM generally does not come with a turbo unless you have found a package deal.
Sorry I'm kinda a nub so bear with me...
So you're saying that I could essentially "bolt on" the RS2 manifold with its 3" downpipe and not change anything else on my exhaust?

Does your manifold look like this, minus the Jet-Hot Coating?

No. I'm saying forget about the 3" downpipe.
RS2 replaces stock manifold and uses the stock downpipe.
The RS2 and stock manifold are very similar. If you don't know the diff, you might not be able to tell. Basically, in the stock piece the 1 and 5 runners join the collector at the wastegate, higher than the other 3 runners.

Really? I heard (not from s4 people) that doing a 3" exhaust system would really improve my performance, especially with an enlarged turbo
