Will fidanza LF from B5 S4 fit our cars? I wonder b/c the tranny fits.

I doubt it. The B5 S4 tranny uses a spacer when installed. When we use the B5 S4 tranny in our cars
that spacer gets discarded. This would indicate that the flywheel/clutch assembly is longer on a B5 S4.

Yes, it does fit with minor modifications.
"I was very impressed with the flywheel/clutch. It was quiet, no rattling, and very smooth. Take up was very smooth so launch was very easy. There was much discussion and fretfulness as I started the project because I didn't know if it would be a bolt-in but it turned out to be easy. It was indeed a bolt-in other than one bolt hole in hte bell housing of the trans which had to be elongated very slightly. The clutch and flywheel was bolt-in though once I got the correct bolts."
