You can add a delay to the remote trunk release with OBDeleven to eliminate this problem, and also change a ton of other settings for the better if you so desire. But yeah it’s the worst designed key fob I’ve ever had, I’m constantly hearing the lock chirps go off accidentally as I get in and out of the car with the fob in my pocket.
