Audi Connect contacted me for renewal last week when my trial expired - I told them just what I said above and would not be renewing.

Mine about to expire as well and will just let it do so. The Google earth used to look amazing on the MMI screen but lately there is a glitch with the formatting. The colors are off. Kind of hard to explain but that was my favorite thing about the service. The zoom out map on the VC still looks great but I’ll just have to live without it. The services are beyond overpriced for what I would use.
