Default Yes it does...I did the install a couple months ago
It is te only way to get line-level output from the deck. ANother option is to tap into the line-level signal in the trunk as it enters the Bose amp. It's the same signal...but going with the blau adapter allows you to run your own quality signal wires.

Default Crutchfield doesn't stock it anymore. Most local audio shops should have it...
