you can't. The RNS-E/MMI will only play MP3's via a CD-ROM.
if you have a C6 A6, then you are in worse luck...as the C6 only has a glovebox CDC that will only play audio CD's.....and not CD-roms with MP3's (as I recall).
Do a search under A6 and MOST and you'll get lots of similar posts.

Not sure if it's available in the States but this is the first MOST based, MMI integrated audio interface that allows "CD Text" and has a separate audio and USB port besides the iPod connector. It won't give you MP3 from DVD but it's supposed to give you MP3 from flash or hard disk which is pretty nice.
