Control Arm Problem

Hey Gang, long time no post.. I have a small problem or a big expence... It looks like my 2000 A4 needs the control arms replaced. I've heard of some people getting them done under some recall but the dealer seems to know nothing about it. I was hoping to chip my car this week but now it looks like the cash will go else where. If anyone has info regarding the control arm recall please help me. Feel free to email me if you want to keep anything off the forum. dcochlin@alentron.ca

No recall, but I had mine done under the Audi Assured warrantee

I'd do that if the dealer would have sold me the car. I went to dealer to buy one and they gave me a run around so I went to a used car place. Now because of the local dealers ignorance I'm paying for it.
