Many thanks to Dave from H2Sport for bringing it out to the Vaper BBQ.
I haven't washed my car in a month, so after the install and the badge swap, it was time for a bath. Some quick night pics to share. More when the sun comes up.
Also means I have a S4 grill for sale now (see the Classifieds).

Some instructions...
The install is quite easy. Bigger pain transferring the S4 badge.
On my S4 grill (which I would assume to be the same as your A4)...
With your hood open and up. Two clips on the sides (one on the right side of the grill and one on the left). Several clips on the top of the grill, as you push these clips inwards, start to gently push the grill out of the hole (the bottom is not bendable clips). If you lower the hood down gently (you are now looking at the grill from the outside), slide the grill upwards towards the sky and outwards from the hood. If it won't come out, open the hood and make sure all the bendable clips are not still holding it in.
To put your new RS4 grill in (at least what I did)...
With the hood down (but not locked closed), there is a notch in the sheet metal of the bottom of the hole in the hood where the grill goes. Line up the grill's plastic piece to this notch and the edges of the grill to the side edges of the hole. Slide the bottom in first and then push the top and sides in. Make sure the hood release latch is put in place before the grill is snapped in. Listen for the clips snapping into place (especially towards the sides, as the grill is slightly cureved to the hood contour).
Good luck.
