Default Riddle me this....
I have a check engine light that comes and goes it's for CATALYST EFFICIENCY BELOW THRESHOLD CEL (P0420, DTC 16804). No biggie BUT when the weather is above 50 degrees the light comes on and stays on. When the weather is below 50 degrees the light turns off and stays off. Why?

Below 50 degrees the cat is above threshold.
