An appraiser is supposed to call me today to look at the car. It took them 2 days to get an adjuster assigned because they assigned the wrong person last fri (accident was last thur) and then supervisor was out all day fri and no one else was assigned to claim. The supervisor didn't re-assign it until 4:30pm monday and the claims adjuster leaves a4 4:30pm

Once it picked it up Tues morning he did a good job of getting the rental arranged and what not. Now I just have to deal with the appraiser.
