Default Post Curry visit.

So before I got rid of the A4, I went to currys to get a few issues taken care of, so that I wouldnt be trading in the Audi with a check engine light.

2 weeks later I get 3 post cards and a follow up call from Currys.

One post card was like, thanks for the service hope all went well, yadda yadda yadda.

The other had a repair recomendation list along with my plate numbers, mileage, name etc etc. Now I think thats way to much information to be sending via post card.

Default Back in highschool... some of the soccer players used to commit credit card fraud by

getting the essential numbers out of the mailboxes before people got home from work.. They would order stuff and have it sent practically overnight and wait the next morning/afternoon for the fedex man to drop the boxes at the door and leave. They could get two good orders out of it and then move on to the next house.

I think this answers teh question sufficiently.

Default Depends what the "etc etc" is. Your neighbors could tell us your name and plate numbers.

It may not be exactly public information, but each piece on it's own is not sensitive/confidential either.

As you put the pieces of information together (name + plate) it starts to take on a private nature, but from what you've posted so far, it doesn't look that bad.

Default Nah... I was never a bad kid in highschool. It was when i got to college that I lost my marbles.

Lack of sleep will do that to you.... fvck I was ultra-dysfunctional to the point where very few of professors wanted to teach me.

I agree with you. I see no reason for why tag #s and mileage would need to be on that card.

That's what they say, but I've never been one to follow the crowd.
