Looking for drive & lunch recommendations for Monday
I'm hoping the collective wisdom here can point me to a couple interesting places to take a drive to and get a nice lunch on Monday. Needs to be within 3 hrs of NH Seacoast...

Route 127 along the North Shore coast is a great drive

This place is at the end of Route 127 and will more than satisfy your wife's needs -- I believe it's even vegan. Not a "slick" eatery by any means, but everything is made in-house and the menu is varied and interesting.
Even if you hate the place, the drive along the coast is great. More scenic than high-speed to be sure, but lots of places to stop and enjoy incredible views and fun little towns.
