I'll check with my brother, he's in the BMW CCA GMC. I know the president stepped down b/c he
couldn't commit the time to running the club anymore, but I think the rest of them were going to distribute some of the work.

UPDATE: Supposedly still going on, same weekend.
They're looking into the field etc. and some other stuff to make sure it can still go on. The new president also stepped down, so I think they're a bit of mess at the moment.
