A6 navigation system not available.
Hi, I recently bought a 2013 A6 but the navigation system isn't working. The text "navigation system not available" comes up on screen in white with blue taps in the corners.
The software version is RMC_EU_P12321.
What do I need to do to get it working or do I just need to download the software and install it on the Audi multimedia?
