any recommendations for windshield replacement for o.c.d. types?

no cracks, just pitting. starting to annoy me, so i'd like to get it replaced. there's a real risk that the cure may be worse than the disease if i put the car in the wrong hands. any recommendations? price is irrelevant. thanks!

for your ocd, you should leave it alone. almost all replacement glass i've

been through and some friends... mainly ppg... there is always some distortion on the lower corners that don't go away.

plus, the rubber trims usually gets messed up with the removal and installation of glass.

I'm on my 2rd windshield.. thru SafeLite>>

all have been oem glass and the installations have been perfect! In fact each time the insurance company wants to use aftermarket glass, SafeLite rejects it. Apparently there is issues with the mirror attachment. I also just had the one in my '08 Tacoma replaced which has less then 10K on it- you would never known they touched the truck except for the new glass.
