I know the ecode xenon (not bi-xenons) were not to much back in the day but the bi-xenons are pricey!
congrats on the mod, xenons are the way to go I love mine on my B7 and I had them on my B6.
Are your bi-xenons the adaptive ones (moves when you turn)?

And generally it is a pricey mod but I got a great deal on the housings and bulbs and ballasts came in under $300...so the whole thing cost about $550
