Here is what came up when I went to USPS.com and put it in.
Status: Foreign Acceptance

not sure myself...tried googling "USPS in Canada" but not getting anything of value.
Good luck...I hope you get them sooner than later. Did he give you options on how to have them shipped to you? He probably shipped them using the cheapest/slowest method if you didn't specify.
