A red light camera caught me in an intersection (along with a school bus, and a red Honda) and mailed me a ticket for $50 !!!

This is really something I never expected... I wonder if the bus driver got ticketed too?

BTW I think I was on West Side Highway heading North crossing Houston? It looks like Hudson street heading north to me though... I cant tell from these pix, or their description.

Be aware of these things!!! Big Brother is on the lookout!

Can I get one of those license plate covers that blurs out your plate image?

I got my first red light ticket in my Ford Exporer back in 2002.

At least there are no points.

People haf tried fogging their plates to no avail.

I lived in manhattan for 14 years until 3 years ago, and I commute by car about 2- 3 times a week depending....

You know.. I must honestly be a more conscientious driver than I imagine myself to be, (and I usually safely play the lights in the city) because this is the first time its happened to me...

Chalk it up to the "learn something new everyday" category..
